Nanded: The Holy City

The Huzuer Sahib which is one of the five Takhts in Sikhism is locating on the bank of the river Godavari in Nanded city. This is also known by names as Takht Sachkhand Shri Hazur Abchalnagar Sahib and Abchal Nagar. This is the place where Guru Gobind Singh ji takes his last breath. Guru Gobind singh ji was the tenth Sikh guru. Sach-Khand is the gurudwara within the complex. (Sach-Khand means Realm of Truth) and the inner room of gurudwara in called as Angitha Sahib. Angitha Sahib is built over the place where Guru Gobind Singh was cremated.
Nanded is the historical place in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra. It is said that in the puranic days Pandavas travel through the Nanded district.

Nanded Fort: This is the very beautiful location in Nanded. This fort is enclosed by the Godavari River in three sides. The fort is blessed with good Garden & water works improves its natural beauty.
Mahurghat: This is the temple of Goddess Renuka Devi and is considered to be one on shaktipith of Maharashtra. It is located on hillock abouding in natural buty at distance about 2.5 km from Mahur village.
Kaleshwar Temple: This temple is in vishnupuri.

By Air: Nanded airport is the nearest airport for Nanded but Aurangabad (275 km) & Hydrabad(250 km) are nearest international airports for Nanded.
By Train: Nanded railway station is connected to Mumbai, Amritsar, Srrinagar, Hydrabad, Aurangabad and other major cities of Maharashtra.
By Road: Nanded is connected by proper roadway to the major cities of Maharashtra. You will gate the deluxe As well as regular government and private buses.
