Tadoba National Park is located in north-east district Chandrapur in Maharashtra. Having the area of 625 square kilometres. Tadoba national park is the combination of Tadoba National Park & Andhari wild life centaury. Because of this, this park is also known as Tadoba-Andheri tiger reserve.

Tip For Visitor: February to May is the best time to visit the national park.
Tadoba National Park is closed for outing on every Tuesday.
In national park there are number of genus of animal & plants:
Plant life: Mostly Teakis tree also Bamboo, Bija, Jamun, Salai Dhaoda & Teak are being able to seen in the park.
Animal life: There are around 65 Bengal tiger in the National Park. Also with tiger threesome more genus like sloth beer, Indian leopards, jungle cats, sambar, barking deer, gaur, Indian chivet.
At the lake side there are crocodile, Indian cobra, tortoise & viper also found in Tadoba.
With the animal there are around 195 genus of bird can also seen in Tadoba.

October & November are in post monsoon season.

By Air: Nearest air port is Nagpur (140 km away from Tadoba).
By Train: Chandrapur (45 km from Tadoba.) is the nearest railway station.
By Road: Chandrapur (45 km) & Chimur Chandrapur (32 km) are nearest main bus stop.
